We ask that you contact us within one week of delivery to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed if the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received. We are not liable for any damage upon receipt of items due to shipping, and all concerns such as these should be taken up with the courier. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you cancel your order on a custom item that requires a design proof (excludes basic template custom flags), you will be charged for the proof if you have already received it. Please ask about the specific proof cost before placing a custom order, as it varies per project.
