All orders are shipped from Bloomington, IN.

All of our products are hand crafted, so please allow 14 days for your order to be made. We ship the majority of our orders out using USPS First Class Mail, so you can expect your package within 2-5 business days after it has been sent out!

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

If you have an explicit deadline or expectation for shipping, please let us know before you place your order so we can ensure that it is shipped out at the proper time!

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 14 days from the delivery date and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of many of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

• A store credit or exchange will be given for items returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE.
• Personalized or custom orders are non-refundable
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your package, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds will be processed if the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received. We are not liable for any damage upon receipt of items due to shipping, and all concerns such as these should be taken up with the courier. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
